Refund Policy
We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, return it for either an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping) within 15 days of the purchase date.
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized items for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with your baby gift or we refuse to accept your money!
If you need to return something, please send an email to returns@myfavoritebabygifts.com or call us at 1.877.576.2229 within 15 days of the purchase date for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 15 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.
